I broke a cellphone and the valve to the beer bong was leaking otherwise uneventful. The sand ranger is a friend of mine. I first met him when he was competing in the Collegiate Timbersports many years ago.

The funniest thing was when he came back Sat night. Someone was launching fireworks off and he wanted to know who it was. He grabbed me and the Beagles and went looking on foot.

We came up to one camp that he thought was the culperit. He informed them that it was illegal and extremely dangerous considering how many nylon tents were in the area. One guy got a little lippy with him.

He informed them that one Beagle was a bomb dog, one beagle was a narcotics dog and one was in training.

You never saw a camp clear out so fast. One guy actually punched his buddy who was getting real lippy with the Sand Ranger. I laughed my ass off and so did Nate.
