Not a tunnel as there is no top this is a trench. GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZZZZ if you're going to mock then at least do so properly.

I saw it scrolling quickly on my phone first and thought, "Man, that's a LOT of blow."

Where are you?! The news is showing live feeds and most roads look clear!
Are you waiting in a line at the bottom of hill? Pull around and GAS it!

Chick Fil A was handing out free chicken sandwiches on 280 on my drive home, woo hoo! Gosh, what a hateful company...

Likely sent from the bathroom stall using IH8MUD

Green sprangs

SOB! You're in that ONE clump of backed up vehicles! Not even the news knows what's stopping ya'll from going. The camera is showing clear roads in front of ya'll.

They keep showing this same feed and no one knows why it's backed up. Just a single clump of cars...

a 62 with UA tag flew past me today.

I saw a lot of people where I said "I wonder if they know what they are doing, or are just dumb"

most of the time I was just thinking "what an idiot"

I am so glad I made it home. it was crazy today.

we missed everything for the most part. Basically clear from Cullman north to Huntsville.

What I have noticed is that we get the classic guys who (in snow/conditions like now in Bham) who don't slow down...etc and then wonder why they wreck or lose control.

Glad I'm not spending the night in the car around Birmingham area....would suck.

All it takes is a few Trucks (stranded 18 wheelers) in the right area and its all over for getting past them on the hiway...

Did you chip the ARB's paint pushing them outta the way?

Omg nbd just my BFF Jill whatevs

ATL and Bham were both crippled by the same storm. They got 4+ inches in K-town and Chattanooga was pretty rough this afternoon too.

I know Sam had to abandon his Tundy about 4 miles from his house because they wouldn't let him thru. He spent nearly 8 hours getting across ATL only to be shut down by the fuzz that close to the house...

Hope everyone is safe and warm tonight. Crazy thing is that I hadn't even heard them mention snow until I got a call from E this morning saying it was snowing like h**l in Knoxville.

Hope people in the 4wd community make efforts to help out others in this situation, to the extent possible. I'm not on the ground in the area so I don't have a first hand clue about the conditions but clearly there will be a lot of folks spending the night in their cars and its going to be crazy cold.

after the adventures today... I am wishing I had atrac. http://bham.craigslist.org/cto/4306881985.html

For a moment I wish I had packed my snatch strap... but once I got out of the ditch I realized if I did pull the other two guys out they likely woudlnt be able to stop until they came to rest against me. The spot I lost it on was bad.

Helped as best I could earlier today. Getting a single file line of cars up the hill to get their kids at a middle school and elementary school. Had to come home cause I was hurting too bad in the truck that I have a hard time driving with my leg! LOL. But it was SO worth it.
If it was more than just me, I'd head out now, but as one person if something happened to me by myself... I'd be screwed.
I truly hope folks are teaming up out there if they have to stay on the road... cause per FB... there's ALOT!
