Another one followed me home. Can we keep it?
Primarily a big plastic trim piece that "beautifies" the engine compartment.
With the limited information provided, I'll take a wild-assed guess, and say "One of the plastic heater T's fell apart".
Don't drive it, or it will get more expensive!

Heater tees and or cracked radiator, check the upper seems of radiator. Is is brown plastic or black plastic on the radiator, Brown indicates it's at the end of it's road.
You will need to post more pictures and more information if you actually want advice that can help you.
How is your fluid level / condition in the radiator and the overflow tank ? Any obvious signs of where the leak is coming from?
Looks more like steam than coolant so maybe your level is low and you over heated rather than a leak coming from somewhere
