Dan, does JimC have any?

I heard Jim Offers one. I cannot find his website.

SOR offers one # 048-1G-Idler for $220.

If Man A Fre Offers one, I could not find it on thier website.

I have a 3FE that I could use and just put a second alternator on. I hate wiring.

I don't think he has one. I contacted him via email and worked out the details. Paid with Paypal. Got it 3 days later.

Dan - I have one in the pile that come along with soemthing else, but I've never mounted it or anything. I'll snap a pic and post it up in an hour or two.

If you want to try it I'd send it for cost of shipping and we could work something out if you want to keep it.

Thanks

I have his contact info. I was looking for his website. I hate calling people and ask them a question when they have taken the time to put it on thier website. Maybe he does not have one.

if a second pic would help.. I have one installed but with no belt on the pulley.

Thanks

Much appreciated!

Much appreciated to you too!

It will be going on my FJ45 EC. Right now the front pulley on the crankshaft, Alternator, Power Steering Pump and the front pulley on the water pump all line up. There is no way to get a belt around everything.

If I use the eliminator, I can at least run my waterpump off the crankshaft and use the pulley to tension the belt.

The power steering pump belt will run to the Alternator and then around the crankshaft. This will bypass the waterpump.

here is jim's smog pump elimator... and my custom smog pump elimator elimator... that belt has lasted 4+ years

How are you keeping tension on the belts? Did you use a dual pulley from an FJ62 on the alternator?

it's tight.. the belt only goes over the pump and crankshaft. the other belt is tensioned from the alt... no a/c or power steering

here's what I have Dan... I understood it was installed on an fj60 but have no first hand knowledge.

Let me know if you want to try it.

I'll take it if Mr. Beagle passes! Got a new project in the works.
