Small block/ TH350 swap question

I am preparing for a SBC conversion in my 60. Using a TH350 tranny. Should I have the tranny built now?

My question is do you have to replace the output shaft on the TH350 with an AA part? I am planning to use the stock TLC split transfer case.

I have no experience with TLC conversions. Thanks Troy

Hey Troy, no experience with swaps, just a tiny bit of knowledge about GM trannies. Some(most) GM trannies do not interchange from 2x4 to 4x4 applications. Just adding my 2 cents(probably not even worth that )
