I have a '99 LC with 85k miles. My rear windows are sloooooooow. I heard a rumor to use white lithium grease and this helps a bunch. I want to know if anyone has any other greases they recommend. It would be great if I could super saturate the rubber so I could only lube up the window tracks once a year.

Thank you in advance,

I've used white lithium grease in other vehicles and it has helped a great deal. The best success has come when I have taken the door panels off and sprayed the tracks down in the door all of the way down.

Same here

Personally I would use a silicone or teflon spray as the petroleum based products may eventually attack the rubber components in the tracks/seals

i heard that the grease is only a short term solution (couple of months) and you have to keep putting it on for it to keep it working.
