do you have the part numbwr of the fender extension? thank youHere is the front of the back fender. I thought the rubber skirt did alright.
the front leaves a little to be desired, may be todays rainy day project!

Sure dont sorry. Thats just the rubber boot that went from the running board to flare at the back wheel arch. The front did not clear the slider and i never trimmed it. Went flairless eventually.
I couldnt find it on this toyota parts site but it may be not listed if a port installed item? Not sure on that one.

Id post up in classifieds for someone that is deflaring and inquire about a used set.
They look great and I'm sure they are a great product. The style of sliders you get really depends on how you are going to use your rig. You mentioned that you are turning this into an offroad vehicle? This means different thing to different people. If you are using the sliders to do what the name implies, I would recommend the ones that angle up so you "slide" off the obstacle and also have less of an outrigger. If mild trails and a nice drive in the woods is more your speed, those look like a great choice.

After a long backorder, I got the email the 95-97 Stepsliders were back in stock so I grabbed a pair last night. Not a lot of details about installing them online. I expect it to be pretty straightforward but did see one YT vid of a guy installing WKOR and he said to make sure and have a S Wrench to get one bolt. I’m thinking it was for the fuel line relocation tucked near the gas tank.
Other than a 17yo son, floor jack & jack stands, is there anything I should have or need to know in advance to hang a pair of bolt-on sliders to a 97 LC that you wished you were told while you waited for your new toy to arrive?

Nah. I installed my WKOR sliders a few months ago and did it solo with a jack, a jack stand, basic socket set and a few wrenches. It was a PITA but very straight forward.
