Selling the best rig I’ve ever owned. Bought this UZJ 100 in ‘18 from a friend in California who had most of the work done to it. Before he owned it, it was a mall cruiser in LA. So it lived in CA its whole life until I bought it in '18.
I have not been able to use this for as many over landing trips as I hoped I would. It’s been my daily driver for a few years. It’s worked flawlessly and I needed zero repairs although I’ve done a few preventative things. It has extremely low miles for the year. There are a couple of quirks like the DVD player not wanting to play sound, telescoping motor in steering wheel, and some of the plastic pieces (DVD cover plate and plates over 3rd row seat levers) are broken off but they do not affect functionality.
The following aftermarket parts were installed in 2018:
ICON 2.5 CDCV lift, OME torsion bars, Nitro front UCA, rear OME shocks, 17x8.5 Method Race wheels, and 285/70/17 BFG TA KO2 tires. Price includes the Front Runner Slimline II roof rack and Viair portable compressor. Tires have about 30% life left. A new battery was installed last month.
Replaced a ton of OEM parts in 2018 as well including the timing belt and water pump, brakes, serpentine, and more. I can provide a full list upon request.
Runs strong and rides really nicely on the road. This thing has many years of life left in it. I have it listed on a local classified site at a higher price but am happy to work with someone on this forum who will use it properly!
