Sea Knight said:Ha, we've all been there....here's a story for you. I won't name names in order to protect the innocent. A new WALCS member (and new FJ40 owner) returned home from attending their first Friday meeting at Billy's. That individual had guessed at being home no later than 6PM. The meeting ran longer than expected and their arrival home was closer to 7PM. This person was greeted at the door by an iratewho's first words were:
"Is this how it's gonna be, with you and those people?"![]()
Sea Knight said:1630 on Friday afternoon and I'm guessing you gents are into pint no. 2 at Billy's about now. Sorry to miss out, but I'm enjoying a Mad River Steelhead Double IPA in honor of Memorial Day weekend and WALCS. Stopped by the body shop this afternoon and didn't see anything new worthy of reporting. They replaced my tie rod and relay rod this morning. The TR was bent at a right angle in the center. I should have saved it for a souvenir. Here's a couple of new shots of the rear sill and corner channels. Nothing spectacular, but best I can do.
