My stock side marker lights had burned out and I finally got around to replacing them. I ordered LEDs from superbrightleds.com - part# WLED-5 Wide Angle LED bulb ($2.79 each). The standard bulbs have been fused since last February :whoops: so I can't do a direct comparison, but here's a few pics:

Big G,
How do you like the lighting for the corner lights there? My bulbs just went out on me the other night and will be replacing them this weekend. I would like to know your opinion on those LEDs. I have the door LEDs from superbrightlights that I am very pleased with at this time. So if those work well I will pick up a pair for my truck.

BigGunna,

Nice move!

They look bright enough in the dark/pics.

Do you think they are as bright as the regular incadescent(sp) ones? Now you'll have to get "blue" tinted headlight bulbs to match your markers, eh? :D

Yeah , I with what Mots alluding to .. blue tint ; not sold on that . My primary objective with my side markers was to match the brightness of my headlights . Ok , maybe brightness isn't the right term .. colour ? Temperature ?

ANyways ... not blue .. more white

TY

mot: I can't compare with the stock bulbs... they've been fused for a while and I don't remember how bright they were.

Tyler: I think the picture makes it look a little more bluer than what it really is.

Endless: You need to make a thread about your truck and outline all your mods with lots of pictures. Very unique.
