I wanted to get some thoughts on my problem.
I have a 69 pig, OME 75 rear springs, front end has 60 rear springs with shackle reversal, rear locked not front. Since I purchased my pig I have noticed that when I put it into 4WD that the front end shakes. Whether it be on a slow trail or going up an obstacle I get this weird shaking. As soon as I pull it out of 4WD it goes away.
The other day I was on Potato Salad and it was shaking wicked bad. I stopped and coasted easily down the hill. With the clutch in I backed up and there was this horrible clicking/grinding noise coming from the front end
But I had the clutch in so nothing should have been engaged right??
Anyway, any advice on where I should start diagnosing?
Thanks!
