Well, no luck with a picture but the seat is from a '75, black with a black frame, frame and foam is very good and the cover is OK with a 1 inch tear on the front edge that can be fixed or recovered.
If you're serious I'll box it up and get a UPS estimate.

Does the jump seat have the extra support hoop for when the seat is lowered?
Has the seat frame been repaired?
