Short Antenna FJ60

[SHERMAN FJ62]

My antenna hits my garage and a lot of tree branches.
Anyone ever replaced it with a shorter rubber one that didn’t require replacing the current mount on fender.

I got one from Napa a few years ago for a customer, hardest part was running the cord thru the firewall and up to the radio connection.

I've got a short rubber antenna down in the basement - $5 plus shipping and it's yours. Was in my '86 FJ60 before I swapped in an FJ62 power antenna.

The oem one is still available and is telescopic can be any height you want.
