My kids go to U of Arizona and have my old 1999 LC. I’m up here in Wa state.

CEL came on and auto parts store says its an O2 sensor. Can anyone recommend a local shop that I can send them to for a repair? Thanks!

While not a Toyota only shop, Luna's in Amado is good. One of my sons took his Focus in for a power steering problem. Didn't try to oversell him, took care if it, estimate matched the bill. I do know a guy that brings his 2and gen Toyota 4x4 in to him, too. That's where I got the referral.

Cubbons Automotive. Honest as the day is long. Neal and Diane are good people. Not Cruiser specialists, but Neal is a real mechanic, not just a part swapper. He’s worked on our vehicles for 17 years. 3149 E Columbia St., Tucson, 520.573.9542. Tell them J. C. and Lissa sent you.

Last time I called Dans Toy Shop, great shop, btw, they said my 1995 was too old and they wouldn’t work on it. Lol.

I was down there for Valentine's day and had an amazing Porterhouse at the Steak Out

Very cool, it is a great place.

We are just to their east, when they fire up the grill in the afternoon the breeze blows right towards our shop....it smells so good!!!

We have a gate into their back parking lot. :)

If you want 'in Tucson' - Ramsowers @ Dodge & Ft Lowell 326-7224- ask for Jack Gillespie - he has done a lot of work on my 2003 - highly recommended

I take my Cruiser to TCR on 22nd near Sarnoff. The guy is quick and his prices are good.

Ramsower’s was great when the Ramsower family owned it. Took mine there after the takeover and wasn’t impressed. Expensive and didn’t even fix the problem on my 80.

Yeah, I use to go to Tim Rodda at TCR. He got my LC up and running. He retired in Sept. 2020. I emailed him in Jan. 2021 for some work and he told me he moved to New Mexico. I replied back but then he shut down his business email. Great guy and I loved taking the LC to him. Sorry to see him go.

Mike at Sports and Imports has also done good work at fair price- it has been about 5 years since he did my 2006 tundra timing belt.

Stone and Grant area.

Tucson Auto center was my go to but John retired and business sold in 2020.
