I like the KYB shocks I have.

Could you expand on this? My 62 came to me with KYB Gas-A-Just shocks on all four corners, and I'm not familiar with the product. The fronts are brand new, so I don't want to upgrade if I don't need to. It just seems like a $40 shock would not be that great of a quality...

Bilstein

Just put for new Bilsteins on my 90 JF62, ride is amazing! I have factory springs and the Bilsteins really smooth out their ride....

Not cheap, but very good...

Not hijacking here, but also shock shopping.

With regard to the Bilsteins, did you go with 5100s or the 5150 series?

heres what yah do...(IMHO)

Bone stock- Bilsteins 5125s
Lil Lift - 5150's

or OME's last a long time too - (Old Man Emu)

5150's are actually priced well for what they are

I got mine through Jack-it of Utah - Talk to Cleveland - hes a good guy

I had KYBs before my OME suspension went on. I really liked them.

Rolling 5150's 255/70 valving on my "other" ride with a 5" lift and they work well...I beat them every day for two years on some horrible roads at high speeds and they are holding up well. You have to get the body mounted eye tight though or they rattle.

5150's won't work on the front unless you use and adapter (if there is one out there).

I've got bilsteins on both the 60 and 62... love them!
