Just a question when a these options best used when driving normal or 4wd lifting the vechile high and low ??.

I leave it in N 99% of the time. When I go offroad, I'll leave it in N until I get to the first obstacle where I need the clearance, at which point I put it in H. I usually leave it in H for the rest of the ride until I remember when I'm on the highway driving home and I realize it automatically dropped to N on its own. The only time I could see myself using L for wheeling is if I'm high centered on something soft (sand/snow). I can drop it into L to compact the surface and then throw it into H to get unstuck. That's just a theory though, since I've never actually done this.

I use high when off-road and when I'm goofing around at the drive-thru window.

I use low when loading or unloading stuff from the back or roof. It also helps kids or older folks get in and out.

Most of the time it sits at N because anything above 20mph will automatically switch it.

I use 'L' when hitching or unhitching a caravan other than that its always on 'N'....
