I bought a new separator, because the previous owner removed it.

Can anybody tell which connection is for FUEL IN and which one for FUEL OUT?

Usually the piece with the hard pipes have arrows on them. It not,
i would say that the one on top is OUT, the one on the right is IN.
The fuel is sucked through the center hole.

Thx!

There are no arrows, but I this sounds like the right answer...

Nope, It didn't work this way: the engine stopped constantly.

After shifting the hoses the other way around, the engine ran perfectly! :steer:

There is valve on that bracet what does let fuel run only one direction. That's why it didn't work. If there isn't that valve diesel pump and lines might be empty when you try start up engine.
