Selling my off road trailer

I have been working on my civilian bantam trailer since sept 2007 and almost finished and I haven't even used it yet!
I would have more fun with a boat since gas is so exspensive I cant do long offroad trips every weekend,I can go to the lake every weekend. my wife is trying to talk me into just buying a boat and keep this trailer but I have some plans for my cruiser and I wont need this trailer.

I would trade for a good running fishing boat, nothing real big , I would have to pull it with my FJ80
and I will trade up or down plus cash. or plus guns or ?
I would have interest in trade for ARB lockers for my '91 Landcruiser
I have invested just over $3000 in this trailer and it will be ready to go .What is it worth to you ?
