Hi, working on a 74 fj40 motor. Photos below.
do I need to remove the clutch to get the Bell housing bolts off?
I’m trying to get it onto an engine stand, but the bell housing is still attached. Seems like it might be a bit tippy to hook it from the Bell housing.
Motor is seized and the crank bolt is missing so I have not soaked the pistons or tried to rock it back-and-forth yet.
Want to get it on the stand before I start getting it unstuck.

Take out the spark plugs and put in a spoonful or two of marvels mystery oil in each jug. Best if it can soak for a couple of days. IIRC there are two bolts on the inside of the BH.
You can twist up some rope with a long lever tourniquet style on the crank pulley to try and rock it back and forth.

Up on an engine stand turn it over and look at the mains and con rods

Thank you!
Update, richard @richardlillard1 Told me to crank the flywheel teeth with prybar and…..it’s not seized. Ordered a new crank bolt from back east.
Was able to crank it around and get the clutch bolts off and remove the clutch now I just have to tap on the retaining plate corners to expose the flywheel bolts.
Once I have it on the stand, I can flip it upside down and start checking!!
Thanks for the help!
