I have a 2010 Tundra 4.6L V-8 with Code P2445 which is the Secondary Air Injection Pump Bank1. These airpumps are notorious for going bad and the engine goes into limp mode which restricts power to 50%. Before replacing the pump or bypassing it with a kit I want to check the relay just to be sure a bad relay isn't causing the pump not to work.

Unfortunately, I can't figure out here the relays for the pumps are. They are numbers 45 and 46 according to the cover and what I found online but the location on the actual underhood fuse panel is blank. Are they hidden under a panel and, if so, how do I access them?

That whole thing is called a fusible link. It is removeable but I've never done one. Looks like there is a black plastic cover over it, and there is a nut to remove on the left side of it. From there I would 'assume' it can be pulled out...

Link to what the part looks like by itself. Not sure if this is the correct P/N for your truck, it's just for reference.

Also I am fairly certain that is just the fuse. The air pumps don't have a typical relay, they have a small controller called the air injection control driver. They are located outside the fuse box, near the top left of it when you are facing the front of the vehicle.
