Buy it in Black and then find the SEM plastic paint code for the grey you have. I did that for my oak colored knob.

I thought I had the correct part number for the front driver's seat recliner knob, but I ordered 72593-60010-C0, and it is the recliner knob for the second row seats.

Anyone know the part number I am looking for (very hard to tell from the parts diagrams).

Finally found the part number: it is 84921-14030 with different suffixes for color.
