seat memory switch removal

Any ideas how to remove this switch? The wood trim around mine is cracked and if I can get the switch out I think I can super glue and clamp the wooden flap back down. 2013 LX570

Thanks @Leaky2014 . The official way looks complicated. Maybe there is an unofficial way? here is what I am dealing with. I'd just get a new faux wood cover if it just unsnaps and resnaps into place.
