Scored a Quincy Model 310 compressor last weekend. Looks to be in great shape, turned it on and it ran super quiet. It has an older 2 HP GE motor.

Few of Questions
1. What kind of specs or performance should I expect from this thing?
2. It is hardwired on/off. What pressure switch should I get?
3. It only has a 30 gallon tank. I guess it was hooked up to an air cooler unit before the PO bought it. What size air tank should I try to find for it?

Thanks,
Brittain

1. Check the Quincy web site for specs.
2. I like the ones by Square D. Be sure to get one with an unloader. Grainger carries them.
3. 30 gallons should be just fine for most uses. The capacity of the pump is more important than the tank.
