I’m flat kicking him out. He can ride with @sogncab and Chris for the day.![]()
I don’t see anything wrong with that! Besides, it’s pretty much tradition at this point for you to take a head off and reinstall within 4 weeks of SAS. Can’t break tradition!Yeah yeah.... well I neglected to mic my head bolts before I ordered valve shims, and upon discovering that 12 looked perfect and 2 were both crusty and a bit out of spec, so again I am waiting on parts.... it's all good! Well I mean the top end of the motor will be, I hope the rest of the truck is up to par. It successfully drove onto a trailer and around my yard back in January, what could go wrong?
I've only had a head off prior to SAS once, #6. I think that was about a week or less before.I don’t see anything wrong with that! Besides, it’s pretty much tradition at this point for you to take a head off and reinstall within 4 weeks of SAS. Can’t break tradition!
I wonder how many stamps I’d have to buy to get him to Minnesota. We love Dan. He's welcome any time you get sick of his sexy ass.![]()

Keeps it exciting!I've only had a head off prior to SAS once, #6. I think that was about a week or less before.
LS = 1 hour to have pan and head off and bent rod and piston in hand
1FZ = 1 hour to unplug wire harness connectors under manifold
Next year, no new rigs and no major mechanical work in the months before SAS!![]()
Make sure you skim through the posts, I know there are 50+ pages but there were offers out there to share spaces.Hey guys does anyone have a RV space that they aren’t fully using its size? I got off the waitlist and I'm bringing a 39’ RV w/ slide outs from VA so we have room for my buddy and his family. After talking to Jeff @ThatKOAGuy he suggested I post here. He has a smaller space with hookups reserved for me but it isn’t big enough for the RV.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
