This morning I was traveling East on the 52 from Santee to the 805. Before the 52 hump into San Diego some dude in a Ferrari pulls up next to me and points at my 80 and gives me the thumbs up sign :D I think he said something like "Cool!" then gives the OK sign. I give him the thumbs up and he drives off.
Obvioiusly he know a good vehicle when he sees one :)

Anyone know this person? I'm assuming he owns an 80 as well.

If this was you... that was kick-ass Ferrari you were driving!

Good one! :D :flipoff2: :)

Back to the original question. Who was driving the Ferrari?

My former tech of 7+ years and still a very good friend. He told me he remembers seeing your rig and giving a wave.
Former Landcruiser owner.
Working on Toyotas got too boring for him and his need for speed along with owning his own Ferrari has him at a Ferrari shop now.
One of the best techs I have known. Putting it back together the way Toyota built it was never a problem with him.
John

Ah-ha! I remember now. No wonder he pulled up next to me. My buddy's friend runs the shop Stacy works at. We hung out at the shop for a little while and he had a chance to see my vehicle. No wonder he recognized my rig
