Would like to meet as much of you as I can Friday to drop instead of leaving them at marshalls shop. He may not mind but I was just there and he has cruisers everywhere.
 
Guys I am not going to accept anymore $ at this time. We have like 25 cases to pick up and room is getting harder and harder to find.

Might want to unbox and check them before you leave. Jeff delivered 2 for me, 1 in a box and 1 unboxed. I gave a guy I work with the unboxed one and I took the one in the box. I just opened it up and the lock/latch is busted. :(

Kevin, when I picked up 7 today I mentioned this to him and asked if I or someone brought the broken one back, would he exchange it and he agreed so leave the broken one at Peter's shop and in next 10 days I will very likely be coming back to Atlanta and will drop off one of mine and pick up your defective one and get it switched out as I am highly confident I will be buying more of these for folks from my office, etc.
 
Had a good time visiting with the seller of the cases. He retired from the USMC in 1999, still sports the flat top! Amazing the amount of stuff he has in his warehouses....buys most of it from government auctions. Told me about buying some stuff from NASA up at Goddard Flight Center in MD, some turntable big enough to put a car on that had casters that cost $1,800 each. So these cases cost Uncle Sam over $250 each originally and the company from Canada that won the contract turned around and has Samsonite make the cases and most of them never got used! Apparently someone in Knoxville bought about 160 of them 2-3 years ago at $40 each. Feels good getting such a good deal at $20 each!
 
@JToobe No worries man, for what I'm doing with it, it's not a big deal, I just wanted to let others know to check em out. If I absolutely want latches I've found some on Ebay I can swap out and mount with pop rivets

If you change your mind and don't want the hassle of fixing the latch let me know in the next week! I don't mind switching it out for you!
 
Yes seller is a great guy. Did he mention the satellite he has?
