Mine do. The round IPF driving lights work off my stock driving light switch so that's the same operation too.

yes they do, but they don't have to, you can wire them however you want.

They do if you wire them that way. I would advise you to use the stock fog wires to trigger the sahara bar fog harness' relays, with the fogs drawing power directly from the battery like it's designed to do. The factory fog wires are really tiny. I guess if the installer tries to take a "short cut" and wire the fogs directly to the OEM harness, the fogs won't be nearly as bright as if you use the ARB harness (plus the wires could get hot or fry the harness in the worst case scenario).
