Saginaw 605 exploded view??

Anyone have an exploded view of the 605 gearbox? Mine had a leak, took it apart, and the valve body slid out and fell apart and I have one ring that could go in 2 different ways......

I have 6 jpegs of pics someone took of a repair manual for a Saginaw steering box. They're a little too big to post and if I shrink them they will lose what little resolution they have. Happy to email to you or put on a public ftp server.

don't most people use the 800 series box? how many turns is yours lock to lock

Yes please. Email them to me if you can. and yes it is an 800, I was mistaken when I typed 605, thats what I used in my Dads 56 Chevy. My bad.

Got it Theo. Thanks! Looks like a HUGE PIA! Plus, since one of the retainers/washers inside is chewed up and that I let all the little bearing balls fall out, I think I'm just going to trade it in at NAPA for a remaned one!
