I have 5x sets of semi-loaded 80 series quad headlight assemblies. For the past few months I've been working on piecing together budget-friendly quad kits that use mix of OEM and aftermarket parts. Perfect those that don't care for everything to be brand new OEM and want to build in stages. The nice part about these kits is every OEM grommet and screw clip is included which can be difficult to source.

What you get:
- Main quad headlight brackets, OEM
- Headlight buckets & retaining rings, aftermarket
- Adjuster screws, aftermarket
- Tension springs, OEM
- Grommets & screw clips, OEM
- H4 glass headlight housings (no bulbs), aftermarket

What you need:
- 4x H4 halogen or LED bulbs of your choice
- Corner lights for non-US trucks with quads
- Chrome bezel surrounds
- Harness to convert US headlights to non-US quads *more info in pics below*

Aftermarket corner lights and bezels can had on eBay pretty cheap or places like OzeParts here: https://www.ozeparts.com.au/toyota/landcruiser/j-8-199005-199803-j80-tf5.html

PRICE: $$$ shipped per pair

Harnesses: For the last few months I've been offering plug-n-play harnesses that I sell for $85. I can include a set for $75 if purchasing the quads. These harnesses can be built a number of different ways. Most guys choose to run a double low beam & double high beam configuration for maximum light output. With my harness, everything is literally plug in and go and no modification needed to work with the reverse polarity of the high-beam triggering used by Toyota.

How is the cut off when using an LED bulb? Are the housings incandescent specific?

I'm running Holley Retrobrights on my truck so I've never personally used these housings. They're just basic 4x6 glass housings so I imagine the reflectors are meant for halogen lights. With that said, many of the guys that have bought these from me are running Auxbeam LED bulbs as they're reasonably priced and have a good reputation in the lighting world.
