I came here to say that I’ve seen new cars sitting on dealer lots in New England with more rust — just in case it’s any consolation.

Agree this is very, very minor. I would brush off and spray some Cosmoline RP-342 "Heavy" Rust Preventative Spray on it, the black version.

Having a moment of panic here! Crawling around under the new to me 2018 LX 570 w/ 46K miles and noticed some rust in a few spots. Hoping this is nothing to be concerned with..... but I AM concerned. Looking at these photos, should I be concerned?
