Yes. Unlike the LX the LC has 4 roof rack mounting points on each side. Bajarack only used 3 out of the 4 so I had 2 holes on each side to work with. Then did the firewall hole above with bussmann setup for fuse box and blue sea systems for switches.

Ramathorn15 - I ran mine thru the DS firewall using a step bit, and rubber wire grommets purchased on Amazon. If you want more details, let me know and I'll snap some photos for you and look up the parts that I purchased.

I used the same Daystar firewall boot that you purchased and attached a link to. Where I drilled thru, was an area where there was bare metal, cylindrical area, with none of that insulation type material covering it. Be careful however on the backside (inside the cab) there is a threaded post square in the middle. Stick your head up under the dash with a flashlight and you'l see it. When I drilled my hole, that post wasn't in the center and I had to pry it out with some plyers, was a bit of a PITA.

Crap, I just took 2 photos and keep getting an error message when I tried to upload them. WTF? I'll keep trying and see if I can them to upload.

In the middle of this right now on my truck, although I am not running power up to my roof rack. Running power from 2nd battery to BS fuse panel in the back. From there running x5 power ports, camp lights, fridge and probably a compressor. Gutted the interior, had to buy some new clips from Toyota for the panels. I needed to replace the RHS cargo window motor so doing it all at the same time. Cleaned all the panels up while out, washed carpet ect ect. I really dislike these type of jobs but in the end I will be stoked. I have not ran my big power wire yet through the firewall but have ran a few others already, LED light bar switch and 2nd battery monitor. Don't know if I will drill through the firewall, probably not, just punch it through the stock grommet and go, silicone if I feel the need. On my 80 I had both batteries in the back, had a butt load of big wire running to the engine bay, I ran it all under the truck. It work, it was ok but I would rather it is inside the truck so that is how I am doing it this time.

I actually made my cut this weekend. I went with the same location as @Brian Waag based on no access on the passenger side due to the AHC reservoir. One thing I noticed that I think was different from Brian's was that the stud on the inside was used as a mounting stud for the VGRS computer. It has another mounting location so I wasn't hugely worried about losing one of them. I ended pulling the computer then pulling the stud out using a pair of channel locks. Then I used a step bit from the engine bay side. I had to remove a fuse panel and all the brake booster wires to get the drill straight. I used the same step bit to cut a hole in the mount for the computer so the wires could pass through. I really like the way it all turned out. It feels super secure and the computer mount actually works to apply pressure to the inside of the boot and keeps it secured to the firewall.

Thanks for listing the parts you used on Amazon. I have been trying to decide how to wire up the new led pods I got for Christmas. Ordered the boot and drill bit last night. Should be here in a couple days.
