Fits 64-73 rear ends with the smaller, threaded ring gear. Will not work with nut and bolt ring gear. $120 plus the ride from Burbank. @Pighead has first dibs, since his post reminded me to post this, and because I recently sold one of the carb parts he gave me a good deal on at a swap meet 6 or 7 years ago.
