otherwise can you sell it and buy a proper land cruiser with no ahc issues?
OK, the LX570 is a "Real" Landcruiser, same construction, same production line, just has some fancy bells and whistles. I love all the crawl modes, I love the the AHC, I did a sensor lift and in crawl I get another 3-4 inches, that is fine with me. I'm an old guy now and love the comfort of the Lexus for off roading and the fact that the AHC drops the body down to get in and out is nice. I usually take it to Toyota for general service but don't know if Toy Mech are familiar with AHC, so I'd bite the bullet and go to a Lexus Mechanic and you'll get some kind of limited warranty on the repair.

Slightly unrelated here (tell me if I should post a new thread), but my 2018 AHC system is noticeably lower on the front-driver side only when dropped down to the low entry-access height. In normal height, it visually looks level, although I haven't measured with tape measure yet. Is this normal?
Wow, AI is pretty good on this. No, the Lexus LX570 AHC (Active Height Control) system is designed to lower the vehicle evenly on both sides when activated, so it should not lower the right side more than the left; if you notice a noticeable lean to one side, it could indicate a problem with the system or a faulty sensor and should be checked by a mechanic.
