Roof rack for an RTT

I have found mentions in multiple posts but no links or part numbers. If we want to put a RTT on the 2007 GX470, are there cross bars that we can use on the existing rack to support an RTT? If we went for a full rack it would be Gamiviti like what is on my 200

I would go ahead and get another Gamiviti since he makes one for the GX470. However, once Corbet makes my roof rack I will have a set of Thule cross bars and the adapters to fit onto the factory rack.

I mounted two mountain bikes directly to the factory rack and did not like the flexing of the crossbars. So I ended up using the Thule setup since I already had it.

For a full roof rack I would go with a GAMIVITI. Thats what I have on my 200 and also had on my 100. I was looking to see if there are cross bars I can go with for less$$ that might fit in with the existing system

Pretty sure you can get load bars that will work with the OE rack from Front Runner.

They said no, I would have to buy a rack from them. If I am going to buy a rack it will be a Gamiviti like my 200 series

Just out. Frontrunner now has a quick release RTT tent mount. See video intro below. Frontrunner seems to have the best selection of add-ons of any of the overlanding racks. The site says it works for the frontrunner/Autohome/Maggionlina RTTs but probably not too hard to figure out how to adapt other models.
