I didn’t get washers : (

The plastic washers really aren’t necessary.
I had a and skipped them...and I have never found the washers under screws on the many RW sets I’ve dealt with (about 12 sets).

Handheld impact driver with some good bits - Snap On - and impact rated would either get the bolt out break something in the process
I got mine out with a Craftsman bit and a Milwaukeee M18 driver. If you use a cordless impact gun, make sure its a 3/8" drive and not a 1/4" hex drive with an adapter.

I’ve never removed the rings over five sets of tires.
No need.

Only time I remove the rings is when I buy another set to pass along to other mudders. For cleaning only. Never for tires.

Any tips on cleaning? I got the rings off with no drama and have pressure washed the wheels and rings, which worked well but there is still some gunk on there. So far I've used some dawn dishsoap and some aircraft simple green. They might be as good as they will get, but if you have any tips, they would be appreciated.

FYI, that Part# is incorrect.

The correct Part# for a set that fits the 17" TRD Rock Warrior wheel on the Tundra/Sequoia/Land Cruiser platforms is PTR45-34073.

I am glad I saw this. I ordered based on the other number. Huge price difference between the two.

I thought they were the same. And they are almost identical, but the PTR18-35093 bolt is about 1mm or less longer. I didn't think that would matter but it does.

I just tested it without the washer and it bottoms out. Won't seat the ring completely. 5x more expensive and less material.

The only set of screws I ever ordered came with them.

My advice is pick that worthless loctite off and anti seize the hell out of them.

I don't think they are thick enough to make a difference. I was able to freely slide the ring back and forth with the one bolt cranked to the bottom.
