Obviously running a wider stance/more aggressive offset puts the tires outside the body line - that being said, anyone have a solution for rock chips along wheel arch edge? I know PPF would help, but was curious if anyone had used anything that would protect the edge? Not so much “fender flairs” but more of a black molding or something that would protect the painted edge.

Planning to redo the existing PPF but still wouldn’t mind a better idea for these areas.

If your tires extend out past the wheel wells, the only thing to save the paint is flares.

You can try some EZ flares like @NoClue has.

yea, think i'll try those for starters - thx
I just did the EZ Flares as well. My tires stick out quite a bit and I was tired of rock chips. I think this should mitigate the issue. Install was about 15 mins. Curious to see how long they last but I definitely like the look of them.

Yeah, I just ordered from Amazon today. Looked pretty straightforward for somebody who is halfway handy.

These look great, but I’m curious if you have any noises at highway speeds? Also is there any chance they scratch the fender underneath?

I haven’t heard any wind noise, but chances are my tire noise would drown it out anyway! I don’t think it would scratch underneath. They use 3m tape and are pretty soft.
