Yep. you should have gotten a couple thin gauge bent aluminum pieces to fit inside the rear wheel well after splash guard removal.
I bought a small black plastic trash can to cut new splash guards / mud flaps out of, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
I suppose I should cut the splash guards to fit.

The lights are standard size.

what are the dimensions for the lights? what lights did you use?
For the splash guars I just bought some cheap $16 splash guard at my local parts store. I used the filler pieces and mounted the splash guards to the filler plate.

The lights are cheap amazon special lights. I just searched flush mount led pod and I think it was the second or third non the list.
Amazon product ASIN B07S7CK2DT
Not the brightest thing out there, but it works as a temporary solution.

Working on it so far. Should be done tomorrow. Love the recovery points.

Make sure you allow plenty of clearance between the lower tailgate and the top of the bumper. When you put something heavy on the tailgate, the cables stretch. The installer for mine did not, and now I have a nice dimple in my tailgate. Had to take it back off and adjust (among other things I had to fix that they didn't do right ).

Rigid lights will fit right into those holes.

Edit: do NOT get the cheapo Nilite lights. Mine had those in it when I got it and they barely lasted a year. Cheap crap. Despite carefully sealing them up, they still eventually got water inside them and failed.

RLC Weldfab rear bumper. Painting tomorrow. Jerry cans coming from Amazon by 1/27. 5” lights eBay in a week. Sending James pictures. Pretty sure it will look better with a propane tank holder on one side replacing a Jerry can holder. I’ll probably get him to make me a 2 in one Jerry can holder. Thank you KLF I did double check that clearance!

What's going on with this alignment?

Before you put the finish on I suggest you round off the inside radius on the recovery points to make it more soft shackle compatible.

Is the left jerry over the latch a bolt on? I would love for that to be a 5 gal propane fitting.

Did you get the Rotopax installed with this? Any pictures?
Yes, but as I have an Lx570 there are some provisios.
On the swing arm, toward the tailgate are four mount points on the a arm supports, these don’t work as the lx570 tailgate is thicker, so although I could put a mount on, the pax itself won’t fit between tailgate and tire. I’m not sure it would fit on a tlc either, there is only an inch or so, so you’d need like two more inches. I guess you could mount the bumper further back, but then the alignment at the wheel well would be off (at least for me). Custom L brackets were included to put the pax mount on. Cool if it had worked.
On the jerry plate, I got a post envisioned for front and back pax. Again to close to tailgate. i Ended up building an extension for the mount to put a double pax and a propane cylinder on.

bottom line, if I was local and James had my truck for test fit some minor adjustments could have been made and it would all have worked as envisioned. However with cross country and being a different hatch tailgate it just didn’t work out. No big deal. I was able to adapt what came for my needs over time and still like the bumper.

there are some pics earlier in this thread and on my build thread. I’ll go look get a cross link or too.

Cool looking setup. I like the idea you have with the Rotopax. I have 2 four gallon ones I want to mount. Right now just have it mounted to my factory roof rack. The bumper is very nice and love the rack that you have between the tire and tail gate. Great idea.
