Here is the comp sheet that was provided to me today, that I emailed over to the claims agent. When I called and check to see if they had recieved it, they informed me that they had submitted this to CCC and it could be two to three days before I hear. Once again, thank you for your advice and on how to word it. So far, all communication has been over the phone. I am thinking about sending them an email and wording it how you mentioned and seeing if I have better luck that way.

CCC doing the comp is good based on my experience with them. They will produce a valuation like the one I attached above. The only word thing is that they get hung up on local comps near where you live. That’s hard to do with LC.

Once @jbyrd78 gets a settlement check much bigger than what was initially offered, do we at Ih8mud all get a commission for the assist? :D
At least some coffee and donuts for y'all.

Just catching up with the thread. I'm glad no one get hurt on the accident, but also feel sad because another LC200 get totaled. I just went through the same situation. But my finance is not as critical as OP as my LC is paid off. Overall, I'm happy with my payout and move on. I hope OP get a better payout (at least covered the loan).

Thanks for stopping in and offering those kind words. I did get some good news this morning from my credit union. With all of the information I submitted to them and because of the rapport I have with them, they are going to take care of me, and gave me the thumbs up to start looking...I've already found both a 2015 L.C and a 2015 LX570 on Eric's lots locally that I'll be looking at today and tomorrow 😎

What did you replace your LC with?

I'm new around here, but OP if you need another comp, let me know if my data can help as I just bought a stock '11 from a dealer in OR with 117k miles for $32k.

Thank you I appreciate it.

I found this 2015 LX570 forsale local to me at Ed Martin Toyota. Shot Eric Sarjeant an email and he got the ball rolling. I took it for an extended drive yesterday and really liked how it handled. Eric informed me that the local Lexus dealership just installed a new AHC system on it, and that the PO spent around $20k to bring maintenance current. From looking at the CarFax, and talking to one of Eric's main L.C. service techs, maintenance wise everything is solid and it also has low miles. The frame is pretty solid as well. I'm going back for round two today, and hopefully Eric's crew and I can seal the deal today and I can carry on with my vacation.

I’d be curious what was done for $20k maintenance wise on a 2015 with 100k miles.

I think it's everything that is current over the past two year maintenance wise on the CarFax, along with the new AHC system. Plus the PO did some aftermarket mods, installed a hidden winch system. Eric said that they removed the winch system, and installed a brand new front end, and kept the winch system if I want it.
When he first told me about the LX Weds when I was getting the comps from him, I was a bit skeptical, only b/c I'm not a fan of the AHC. I own a 2004 LX470, and 3 months after buying it the AHC went out. I was able to delete the AHC from the LX470 and go about life.
I did some digging on here and after discovering that I could delete the AHC system on a LX570 if need be and install traditional 200 series L.C shocks & springs, so that gave me a piece of mind.

personally i prefer a stock car

this seems well modded that someone put back to stock

but if you like it - you should get it

I liked it and it was a pretty smooth ride. There were a couple of discrepancies that I wanted looked at before I sign off (dash outside temperature reader not working, recirculation fan was loud, and fuel tank was showing full, but it was reading only 200 miles to the tank)
These are the only other two in the area for sale. I like that black one, but it's overpriced.
