Hi,

Anyone interested in a day run to Richloam Saturday October 12th. Hunting season OPENS the next Saturday, October 19th, so no worry about hunters.

I'm needing to may sure all my nuts and bolts are tight before the Turkey Trot. I know there isn't too much to break things in Richloam, although I have, so how about a check out run???

Start at normal place, Fish Hatchery road off of 471, at 9:30AM.

What say\???

I'll tell you one thing - it's definitely deep there now.

Possibility of 4-10" of rain between now and the weekend as well... it'd be a good time to go with a boat!!!

But I'm with you on that one Pat. I still haven't replaced my bearing on my A/C compressor since the last outing there ;)

And with this, I'm out.

Was trying to juggle my the schedule to get my '73 dirty there with my old man, but have some friends from Denmark coming Friday and there is no way we could make it up there from Sarasota by 9:30. Next time hopefully, would have been awesome.

Have you even seen a FJCruiser float???
How about spitting water out of its engine???
How much water to fill a FJCruiser to the half way mark???

Justin - now you know why I didn't want to go...

Jerry - Yes I have. Mine doesn't (well, maybe for about 30 seconds it floats...)

I'll guess about 600 gallons of swamp water...
