RHD HZJ78 Axle Dimensions?

I want to buy some Longfields and stronger axles for my year 2000 model HZJ78 RHD Land Cruiser Troopcarrier.

Does anyone have exact dimensions for the birfields/axles/etc. (and rear axles if possible), so I don't have to pull them out and measure them before I can order them in?

Are these the same birfs as in the other high pinion 70 series?

If so, then they are an odd-ball birf when you compare them to what's available from Longfield.
