Retinting front windows and will have extra Viper Ceramic 30%

My fronts were done on my '06, using 3M smoked

Right, according to Slee they changed the backs to smoke in 2004 because of its popularity but the front window supposedly had a green hue to it. You might be able to confirm that from experience.

I am in KY, and been thinking to tint my front two windows, but I dont want to attract cop's attention. So will this Viper Ceramic pass inspection in KY? Was your previous tint darker than this one?

It was actually the same and what I just put on. I had kept one of the windows to compare the Viper to what I had. The LEOs won't pull you over for it and its almost a perfect match to the other windows so it doesn't stand out. My problem was the Sheriff's inspection before titling it. Since yours is already in KY you'll never have to title it again, but anyone with darker tint regardless of vehicle will have the same issue transferring a car into the state.
I was told if I ever transfer another car into the state to have it sent to a local car dealership because when they inspect the vehicles in mass they never pull out the light meter on the cars because there are too many so they look at the cars and then signoff on them.

One thing I forgot to ask, your vehicle is already titled in KY right? Or are you buying one out of state; if so wait to tint after you get it license plate and title.
