Looking at the photos in the Ebay ad, the VIN plate is over sprayed and actually looks like it was painted with a paintbrush... Only kidding... lol. Is that an original color..? That definitely is a crazy asking price...

I think the description is too wordy and the number of photos is overwhelming. It should sell quickly... Not.

I think ga only offers a bill of sale on vehicles older than 19xx.

alabama didn't give titles either older than 1978 i believe. I was very hesitant to buy it until I did some research. CT should give me a title for it when I register it there though.
