Replacing My Transmission what else should I do?

Wow, your list of parts & supplies is growing. Looks like you might add some paint for rustproofing the entire bottom of the truck. You know, since the transmission/xfer is out of the way.

You could swap in a different engine while you're at it, too.

I've got a clutch disc, clutch cover, and throwout bearing with only 5K miles on it before I pulled the engine for a V8 conversion. It's all almost brand spanking new and they're all man-a-fre parts. I'll give you a good deal on it, if your interested.

It would take care of #2 except for the pilot bearing. I really don't think you need the alignment tool, but I'll give you mine if you think you need it.

By the way, I've got the Toyota SST ('specially 'spensive tool) for pulling the pilot bearing. I tried the grease thing and a couple other methods for a few hours, and finally got fed up. The Toyota SST took me 20 seconds to get the pilot bearing out. I'll let you borrow that if you cover the cost of round trip shipping.
