Replacing a 2F with 3F into 83 60 Series?? Compatible?

Hi, Im in Australia, and i have just acquired 2 60 Series - one is an 1983 LC Wagon with great body but near dead 2F engine.
the other is a 1985 LC Wagon with Rusted to death body but a great engine.
Im wondering if a straight swap is possible? Not knowing much about Landcruisers I seek your advice.

Yes, but the blocks are different. The 3F block is 2 1/8" shorter. There is this:

Its a straight swap and you wont even have the fuel injection headaches.
