Replacement Winch Hook with Swivel - Where to buy?

I'd like to replace the hook that came with my Warn M12000. Nothing really wrong with what I have, but I'd like a hook with a latch and 360 degree swivel. If I could get it in cardinal red it would be even better

I looked at the vendors here on mud but didn't find anything that met my requirements. Maybe what I want isn't available for a reason - is the 360 swivel and a heavy duty rating just not possible? Is cardinal red out b/c it will just rub off anyway? Could I have the thing powder-coated?

that does look like a nice hook, but it is a little on the big side. At almost 10" long and almost 6"wide it might be a bit overkill. It seems like it would be a lot of metal hanging from the bumper. I do like the shape of it though!
