Not without disassembling the seat substantially. Let me mark up your pics:
For one, the seatback (at the top) is supposed to connect to the lowest point of the support bar that runs laterally. Your installer connected it higher up, meaning the leather isn't as tight.
For two, the leather flap that's attached to the seatback spring is supposed to wrap around the underside of the seat, not inside. And now you have a hog ring hanging onto the metal spring, not a proper support bar. Weird / wrong.
For three, the lumbar support shoudl be flat against the seat back, not at an angle. It's angled because the foam isn't far down enough. The foam isn't far down enough because there's a round crossbar that it has to "slip" over on the bottom. I believe the black bar is visible underneath that clip. The foam and leather were supposed to wrap around it, not sit on top of it. If you can reach your hand in between the seat cushion and the seatback and feel the metal rod, then you know it's wrong.
