Ordered two sensors off sparkplugs.com Can't remember who posted up the part #s (did a search), but i went ahead and purchased Denso direct replacement sensors. Total to my door was $189. When i removed the original ones, the new denso sensors looked exactly the same. Even the plug wires were exactly the same length.
I was getting CEL420, reset it and it didn't come back on for about a year. Then it came on again, reset and stayed off for two weeks. Reset it and it came back on in a couple of days. So replacement of the sensors was my first step.
I sprayed the bolts with PB blaster a week before working on them and the bolts came off pretty easy with the exception of one. Rounded it off a little during removal but got it off. I'll need to stop at the bolt store and get a new one, but for now it works and i have no CEL. Also, the truck seems to be running smoother and stronger. One thing i noticed before replaceing the sensors was that i could feel the computer cutting back on fuel. I could litterally feel the truck becoming more of a slug and then a little jolt of more power, then it would cut back again. Now the power curve feels linear again.
