Removing power steering pump

Removed two bolts securing power steering pump though pulley as directed in FSM. Pump still feels solidly mounted. Can anyone shed some light on why I can’t get it free?

Answer - Get frustrated enough to man handle the crap out of it.

Finally started to wiggle some and help with prybar/screwdriver to finish.

Swear it felt solid as a rock and didnt want to damage anything if there was a special trick.
