Removing headliner from 2017 GX 460

Trying to figure out how to remove Sun visor little holders. I remove the center portion. but there are still plastic base attached to the headliner and fills like its attached to something inside as well

Headliner drop... at least according to FSM is like a vehicle gut.. those visors are at step 48

I am just trying to add some sound / heat proofing to the front of the cabin. It gets insane HOT above. My glasses get so hot i cant wear them when in the top compartment
