Friend of mine looking at cruiser with bed liner over good portion of the lower body. I have done some research and it seems that airplane stripper and possibly power wash may be trick. Anyone done this or recommend something better?

I didn't think that stuff was designed to come off with anything other than a grinder. Surely, you'd be looking at having to respray the truck if you did 'manage' to take it off.

It must be a bloody good truck if that's the case.

Let us know how you go

how about dry ice?

Well... Eastwood has some "Undercoating" removal stuff. But it's more for the softer tar like I think.
Under Gone Undercoating Remover Aerosol 16 oz

If you don't care about the paint underneath too much, I'd get a small Butane Torch the type used for bronze and apply light heat to make it softer and use a putty knife to scrape it off. Then as other mentioned a wirewheel, or Sandblaster. I tried using a wire wheel and it ends up gumming up the wheel pretty bad if there is lots of material to go through.

Have you considered repainting over the bedliner material? I believe that can be done with LineX. Not 100% though.
